Improve some compile warnings.

Remove "-Wdeprecated-copy". Some compilers don't support.
Support both QButtonGroup::buttonClicked() and
QButtonGroup::idClicked(), depending on which vesion of
QT is installed.

The native dialogs have different behavior when dealing with
filters. Qt's behavior is well defined.

Fixed some deprecated function calls.

Code was calling QFontMetrics::width(), which is deprecated.
Changed code to QFontMetrics::horizontalAdvance().
Added missing include file for QPainterPath.
