Change dialogs to use Qt's version.

The native dialogs have different behavior when dealing with
filters. Qt's behavior is well defined.

Fixed some deprecated function calls.

Code was calling QFontMetrics::width(), which is deprecated.
Changed code to QFontMetrics::horizontalAdvance().
Added missing include file for QPainterPath.
Added 'install' target to CMakeLists.txt
