Johannes Beck af5e48c71f Add SphereManifold. ...

This MR adds SphereManifold ported from
HomogeneousVectorParameterization. Additionally the minus operator
and jacobian evaluation was implemented.

The unit tests were almost completly reimplemented and uses the
test facilities provided for manifolds.
