Sameer Agarwal 4705159858 Add missing includes for config.h
covariance.h was using SUITE_SPARSE even when SUITESPARSE
was disabled because it did not have config.h included in it
so it did not see that CERES_NO_SUITESPARSE was defined.

Add more config.h includes to files that are using these
configuration macros.

Sergiu Deitsch 484d3414e4 Replace virtual keyword by override
virtual can be ambiguous. Applied changes correspond to clang-tidy fixes
stemming from the modernize-use-override check.

Nikolaus Demmel 7b8f675bfd fix formatting for (non-generated) internal source files
- Change formatting standard to Cpp11. Main difference is not having
  the space between two closing >> for nested templates. We don't
  choose c++14, because older versions of clang-format (version 9
  and earlier) don't know this value yet, and it doesn't make a
  difference in the formatting.
- Apply clang-format to all (non generated) internal source files.
- Manually fix some code sections (clang-format on/off) and c-strings
- Exclude some embedded external files with very different formatting
  (gtest/gmock)
- Add script to format all source files

Sameer Agarwal 2ffddaccfe Use override & final instead of just using virtual.
This is safer than using virtual and this lead to a minor
bug fixes.

Johannes Beck b2a03ef919 Remove trailing zero parameter block sizes
This patch removes the use of trailing zeros in cost functions used in
unit tests as this will be an error once the sized cost function is
implemented using variadic templates.

Alex Stewart 8f41ca6abc Add Apple's Accelerate framework as a sparse linear algebra library.
- Currently DynamicSparseNormalCholeskySolver is unsupported for
  Accelerate.

Keir Mierle 7492b0d8de Update copyright headers with new year and URL
Since Ceres is moving to using GitHub for issues, and the Google
Code URL in the current copyright header will soon become invalid,
update all the headers.

Alex Stewart 60cc520f63 Add explicit no sparse linear algebra library available option.
- Previously we had no defined default value for
  sparse_linear_algebra_library_type in Solver::Options if Ceres
  was compiled with no sparse library available. Thus in that case,
  the default value (dependent upon the compiler) would indicate that
  one was available.
- Now we have an explicit option that means no sparse library is
  available, which is now the default value in Solver::Options in this
  case.
- Add a warning in CMake when the user disables all sparse libraries.
- Fix typos in trust_region_preprocessor_test:
  (SUITE/CX)_SPARSE -> (SUITE/CX)SPARSE that induced failures when
  no sparse libraries were available.

Björn Piltz ccf8aea988 Fixed MSVC error C2124: divide or mod by zero
Alternatively, if quiet_NaN is not available on all platforms a workaround would be:
    volatile double zero = 0.0;
    double x = 1.0/zero;
The 'volatile' is needed to shut up "warning C4723: potential divide by 0".

Sameer Agarwal 8de27be218 Fix a bug in TrustRegionPreprocessor
TrustRegionPreprocessor was not setting Minimizer::Options::is_constrained.
This meant that the line search for bounds constraints was not being
invoked for bounds constrained problems.

And some minor lint cleanup.
