 Windows环境下，silk自带vc工程文件，可以直接利用vc编译，其余除了libplist之外，都通过vcpkg可以编译。libplist在vcpkg中也存在，但是在编译x64-windows-static target的时候报了错，于是直接通过Visual Studio建了工程进行编译。
